Our client were a very successful, growing Energy Services business,  providing energy efficiency solutions within energy performance contracting and large scale renewable projects.

They are a well regarded engineering specialist that are not widely known in the UK yet.

Our client had recently moved into the UK market, and were actively looking to develop Energy Performance Contracting business, particularly within the UK public sector through frameworks including REFIT. It was vastly important for them to find a stable, credible candidate with a strong history of sales and experience of the Energy Performance Contract market. With only 17 companies operating on the REFIT scheme, the ideal candidate was only going to realistically work for 1 of the remaining 16 companies.

Due to a long-established relationship, Facilitas were already working with one of the strongest Business Developers from within the Energy Performance Contracting market. A highly impressive individual that was working for one of the worlds best known Energy Engineering & Efficiency specialists.

He had a significant track record of developing and delivering sales within Public Sector energy services. Due to significant instability & structural change in his current employer, he was looking for a new role, and much like our client, would only consider companies that were part of the REFIT framework, limiting our options to one of 16 companies.

Client and candidate hit it off immediately, and after a 3 interview process an offer was negotiated that left both parties happy.

After a 4 week notice period, the candidate commenced employment in late 2016, and remains very happy with his new role.
