EN10 - Business Development Manager

The Company

Our client are true energy specialists. They offer end to end energy solutions, from basic retrofit projects, through to energy consultancy, brokering, energy efficiency and feasibility studies for renewables projects. The current strategy is to grow the 'Energy Services' division, offing expertise to customers that wish to reduce consumption and achieve cost savings.

The Role

Due to long term planned expansion of the UK business,, there is a need for 2 x Business Development Managers. Reporting to the (title), the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Sales of Energy Performance Contracts with lead times of 1-3 years

  • Client management of Public Sector & Corporate End User customers

  • Close liaison with Operations team to deliver compelling proposals to clients

  • Generation of business by referral, cold-calling, social media and industry networking

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary: £55-65k      

Bonus: £15-20k

Vehicle: Car allowance £6600 pa

Benefits: Pension, Healthcare
