EN02 - Business Development Manager

The Company

Our client are on of the the UKs longest established BMS specialists. A Trend Technology Centre, offering a range of project, maintenance and optimisation services based around BMS, Energy Management and HVAC. Their customers are large national property specialists, retailers and NHS to name a few.

The Role

Due to an internal move, and prior expansion plans, there is a requirement for an experienced BMS/Energy sales professional. Reporting to the Sales Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Generation and winning of medium sized systems and maintenance opportunities

  • Managing client relationships within Property, NHS and Corporate sectors

  • Designing and managing bids for projects

  • Generating referral business from existing contacts 

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary: £50-55k       

Bonus: £15-20k

Vehicle: Car Allowance £6600 PA

Benefits: Pension, Healthcare
