EN04 - Business Development Manager

The Company

Our client are a young, exciting and growing business, offering turnkey BMS, Control, Metering and Energy Management solutions to Industrial and Commercial sectors, with a real specialisation in the industrial sector, including Food & Beverage Manufacturing. The company culture is very positive, with real trust placed in the team, and no micro-management. 

The Role

Due to growth, as part of the long term strategic plan, there is a requirement for an experienced Business Developer. Reporting to the founding Directors, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Business Development initiatives, from cold calling to networking with existing clients.

  • Developing contacts and opportunities with Industrial Manufacturers, Universities, Facilities Management companies and Contractors.

  • Working closely with the directors to design and implement the sales strategy for the short, medium and long term.

  • Strategic growth of the sales team.

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary: £50k  

Bonus: £20-30k

Vehicle: Car allowance or choice of company car

Benefits: Pension, potential equity in the near future
