The Company
Our client are a young, exciting and growing business, offering turnkey BMS, Control, Metering and Energy Management solutions to Industrial and Commercial sectors, with a real specialisation in the industrial sector, including Food & Beverage Manufacturing. The company culture is very positive, with real trust placed in the team, and no micro-management.
The Role
Due to growth, as part of the long term strategic plan, there is a requirement for an experienced Business Developer. Reporting to the founding Directors, the key responsibilities of the role include:

Business Development initiatives, from cold calling to networking with existing clients.

Developing contacts and opportunities with Industrial Manufacturers, Universities, Facilities Management companies and Contractors.

Working closely with the directors to design and implement the sales strategy for the short, medium and long term.

Strategic growth of the sales team.
The Package
As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:
Salary: £50k
Bonus: £20-30k
Vehicle: Car allowance or choice of company car
Benefits: Pension, potential equity in the near future
