EN09 - Strategic Sales Manager

The Company

Our client have 2 key areas of strength. They are one of the UKs best renewable energy projects specialists, designing and delivering large scale projects across CHP & Solar. They also offer complete energy efficiency projects to clients, delivering savings through optimisation and retrofit of M&E systems. They are a strong, growing business, and an excellent place to work.

The Role

Due to expansion of the London office, there is a requirement for a senior sales manager. The role will also have areas of operational responsibility, but the key focus is to win new contracts within Energy Management. Reporting to the Managing Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Stratgic sales of end to end energy management and renewable energy solutions to large South East based customers

  • Medium term growth of the commercial and sales team

  • Using industry contacts, social media and cold calling to generate and pursue medium to large opportunities with commercial and public sector end clients

  • Creation of compelling energy saving and project proposals

  • Liaison with regional offices to cross sel

  • Weekly reporting to the UK Managing Director

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary: £60-75k       

Bonus: £20-30k

Vehicle: Car allowance £7200pa, choice of company car
