FM01 - Business Development Manager

The Company

 

Our client are one of the best known global providers of Hard Service and TFM led Facilities Management solutions, truly partnering with large public & private sector clients to offer solutions based around streamlining facilities services and increasing business productivity. The current strategy of the business is to develop corporate private sector work.

The Role

Due to planned expansion in line with the growth strategy, there is a requirement to bring in an experienced Business Developer. Reporting to the Sales Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Development of sales pipeline, focusing on medium to large, well qualified opportunities

  • Management of client relationship from inception through Presentations, and through to completion

  • Co-ordination of bid & estimating resources to achieve high quality pipeline governance

  • Management of CRM system, along with regular reporting of sales milestones

  • Ongoing input into sales strategy

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary: to £75k

Bonus: c20% based on success      

Vehicle: Company car, option of car allowance

Benefits: Pension, Healthcare
