Our client are a fantastic up & coming, growing business that specialise in providing M&E and Hard Service based solutions across the UK, with a focus on commercial office and retail based clients. They have achieved enormous growth in just 8 years, and the next 5 years promises significant growth into a well known name within the FM sector.

The Role

​

This role is part of the long term growth strategy, with a requirement for a Regional Manager to grow and manage a South East UK based region. Reporting to the MD, the key responsibilities of the role include:

​

• Operational management of the P&L for the South East (not including London), with a focus on the M4 corridor, Herts, Beds, Bucks, Oxfordshire over to Cambridgeshire.

• Leveraging existing relationships with Commercial, and/or Retail clients to find additional maintenance and project opportunities

• Growth and upskilling of the regional engineering team

• Delivery of company sales objectives in-line with co-designed business plan

• Working with Managing Director to refine and implement ongoing regional strategy.

The Package

​

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

​

Salary: to £60k       

Bonus: c£5k

Vehicle: Company car, option of car allowance

Benefits: Pension, 23 days holiday
