The Company

Our client are an M&E maintenance specialist, providing Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric based maintenance services to London based commercial buildings. As a true Hard Services specialist, they work with the largest Managing Agents and Corporate clients within London.

The Role

​

Due to expansion, our client seek a contract manager to manage delivery of FM services to 3 London based customers. Reporting to the Operations Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:

​

• Management of Engineering team, ensuring effective delivery across maintenance & projects

• Management of regional P&L across nominated accounts, including WIP, Cash Collection & Debt

• Ongoing growth and recruitment of qualified engineers

• Weekly reporting to Operations Director

• Undertaking development and appraisals for the engineering team

The Package

​

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

​

Salary: £50-60k      

Bonus: £5000 based on contract performance

Vehicle: Car Allowance, £6000pa
