FM04 - Compliance Manager

The Company

Our client are a growing, high quality provider of Facilities Management services in the North UK. They specialise in providing Hard Services FM, but also deliver Cleaning and some other Soft Services to larger clients. Their customers are small to medium sized retail and commercial clients, as well as First Generation outsourced customers.

As the business breaks new ground, and transforms from a small to a medium sized, well established company, there is a requirement to bring a new culture in to the business, including a dedicated compliance function.

The Role

Due to growth and winning of new prestigious clients, there is a requirement for an experienced compliance professional. Reporting to the Managing Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Bringing a culture of compliance across all regions, sites and contracts.

  • Working with the regional teams to ensure compliance, and health & safety standards are met.

  • Site visits/surveys

  • Management of incident reporting and management

  • Ongoing growth & development of the companies strategic vision for compliant working

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary: £40k     

Vehicle: Option of car or allowance

Benefits: Pension
