The Role

​

Due to winning of an incredibly prestigious new contract in London, there is a requirement for a Site Manager within London. Reporting to the Managing Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:

​

• Managing in-house electrical and mechanical engineers, administrators and Fabric specialists

• Management of client relationship for a significantly prestigious mixed use skyscraper in the City.

• Ensuring high quality delivery of services across commercial and critical areas

• Tendering for additional services and project works

• Ongoing development of engineer skill-sets

The Package

​

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

​

Salary: £50-55k     

Bonus: £3000

Vehicle: No

Benefits: Pension, 25 Days Holiday
