FM08 - Business Development Manager

The Company

Although a smaller business, our client are one of the best providers of M&E based FM services across the UK, which has seen year on year growth. They provide outstanding customer led service across M&E maintenance, Projects and Energy Management.

The Role

Due to expansion they seek a BDM to sell M&E based FM services to managing agents and commercial customers in London. Reporting to the Managing Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Full ownership of the sales and customer-facing process from introduction through to mobilisation

  • Cold-calling, networking and event planning to effectively source opportunities

  • Leveraging of existing contacts, referrals and incoming leads

  • Management of bid writing process

  • On-going growth of the sales department, with potential for management role

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary: c£50k      

Bonus: £10-20k

Vehicle: Company Car, choice of allowance

Benefits: Pension
