FM09 - Account Manager/Director

The Company

Our client are a medium sized Hard Services led business, with a great track record of delivering medium sized TFM and Hard FM contracts to corporate and industrial sector clients across the UK. The current strategy involves significant growth by delivering their expertise into new sectors.

The Role

Due to a long term expansion plan to take the business to £100m, there is a requirement for a high calibre Account Director to manage 2 similar medium sized accounts. Reporting to the Ops Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Management and ownership of the client relationship

  • Ownership of Account P&L, including all deivery of work, cash collection and debt

  • Management of contract management, engineering and admin team

  • Contract growth via additional services, projects and new initiatives

  • Weekly reporting to the Director of Operations

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary: £60-80k DoE      

Bonus: To £10k

Vehicle:  Car Allowance c£7000 pa

Benefits: Pension, Healthcare
