FS01 - Sales Consultant

The Company

For 30 years our client have been one of the South Easts best CCTV and Security specialists, designing, installing & maintaining systems in Hospitals, Commercial Offices, Banks, Football Stadiums and City Centres.They have a small but very high quality team, and an excellent record of keeping and promoting staff.

The Role

After year on year growth, there is a requirement to bring in a new Sales Specialist to fit in with a successful team. The main focus is to win small to medium sized security projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Generating sales opportunities from existing contacts, company leads and networking

  • Designing systems in conjunction with the estimator to provide best quality solution to customer needs

  • Dealing with FM companies & end users with regard CCTV and Access Control maintenance opportunities

  • Management of CRM system

  • Reporting weekly to MD on current pipeline and future potential opportunities

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary: c£40k      

Bonus: Uncapped Percentage of all sales, c£20k

Vehicle: Company Car, or option of allowance
