FS04 - Business Development Manager

The Company

Our client are well established, and a true engineering based specialist. They design and install the highest quality Fire systems, including Gent systems, for medium and large clients. As a very engineering based business, they focus on selling engineered solutions, not selling systems based on the cheapest price.

The Role

Due to a new management team coming in, there is a new strategic plan, including the hire of an experienced Business Developer. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Generating of new sales opportunities using both incoming and self-generated leads

  • Designing of fire systems in accordance with BAFE & BS guidelines

  • Management of client relationships from initial contact to confirmed sale

  • Offering technical solutions to customers as opposed to a price based approach

The Package

As with all of our opportunities, there is a degree of flexibility for the right person. Package parameters are as follows:

Salary:  £40-45k      

Bonus: 3% of all sales, c£15-20k

Vehicle: Car Allowance £6000pa

Benefits: Pension
