The first step is for us to gain a deep understanding of your requirement. We won't just ask you about the role, we will want to know about your company, the management style, the future plans and what sets you apart from the companies we will be targeting. We will also ask to agree terms & conditions at this point, so that you know exactly what you are paying for our services.

Our main focus is to use our network to headhunt the best talent suitable to your role, however we will leave no stone unturned in our search, including targeting candidates that are 'actively seeking' a new role. Within 24 hours we will advertise your role, and search our extensive candidate database.

For each role we work on, we typically target 30-50 candidates that work for companies that could be defined as your competition. Its our job to find the talent, approach them, and understand if they would be open to your opportunity. At this stage we are very thorough in understanding the candidates skills, aspirations and motivations to potentially move - and relay this to you.

At this point we have likely spoken to over 50 candidates, both active and passive, and have shortlisted the best candidates for the role. This could be 1 candidate, and it could be 8+. We will however, not submit anyone that doesnt meet the criteria we set out in step 1.

From here we will arrange interviews, suggest venues if need be, ensure candidates arrive on time and prepared, as well as managing expectations around salaries from a very early stage. We will also give detailed feedback post-interview to ensure you best understand the candidates changing thought process from interview to interview. We will also ask you to work closely with us throughout to ensure a positive outcome.
